Guzik has been a staunch proponent on the importance of capital formation for SME’s. He was an early advocate of the power and potential of Title IV of the JOBS recognizing the unique nature of the exemption. Weild, currently CEO and founder of IssuWorks, has been leading the charge on the need for Venture Exchanges and addressing the shortcomings in current 
exchange structure. Just today he presented his thoughts regarding Venture Exchanges to the SEC Commissioners alongside the Advisory Committee on SMEs.
