“I am excited to immediately contribute to RealtyMogul.com by focusing on technology and risk management,” said Li. “We will continue to integrate our technology with new data providers to gather data points needed to accurately address risk for each transaction and increase our speed of underwriting and funding new investments.  We believe in complete transparency, providing greater access of data to our borrowers, sponsors and capital partners to make informed decisions.  On top of data, we will be deploying predictive analytics to increase the confidence of our borrowers and capital partners and measure operational performance to maximize our efficiencies.”
