Via a company release Primo stated:

“Primo is designed to be the only communications app you need, allowing users to call anyone whether it be another Primo user, a mobile or a landline. Combining video, messaging and file sharing along with HD voice, and allowing users to connect to anyone (on-app or off), Primo is a full-suite app designed for everyone — and we believe it is well positioned to be the go-to app in the telecommunication market.”

David GlickmanDavid Glickman, CEO of Primo Connect and Ultra Mobile, stated:

It’s been said that in the future, anyone will be able to connect with anyone else for free. That future is not yet here, but with Primo it’s much closer. Our mission is to connect people all over the world by offering free calling to half the world’s mobile and landline connections. Primo aims to achieve one simple task: connecting friends and family no matter where they are or what device they use. Primo goes far beyond previous messaging apps and their limitations, by offering free global communication to over 4 billion people. Our goal is to continue growing from there. We like to say that reaching half of the world is a great starting point. This is the perfect time to take free communications to the next level. We think our product will appeal to global callers from a wide mix of demographics from young to old, male or female, and even cell or landline users. Primo is for everyone.”

In regards to potentially using the crowdfunding method, Glickman added:

“With every one of my companies, I have used the most innovative technology to set us apart and be successful. When it comes to financing, equity crowdfunding is innovative, and uniquely offers the chance to open the doors of investing to anyone, so for us, it’s the ideal way to build this company.”

Primo TeamThe Primo app is available on iOS and Android and was recently released to public Beta on iTunes and Google Play. It appears that the company expects to generate $674,000 in revenue this year and believes that number will increase to $517 Million by 2019 – quite a leap.
