Blackmoon Financial Group, an online lending platform and SaaS provider, announced last month its new Blockchain based service designed to power tokenized investment funds labeled Blackmoon Crypto. The new vertical strives to be a one stop solution for asset managers to create, and manage legally, compliant tokenized funds.
At that time, Blackmoon indicated it was gearing up to launch its own initial coin offering (ICO). Now Crowdfund Insider has learned their pre-sale has raised around $9+ million in Blackmoon Crypto Tokens (BMC). A company spokesperson said this was indicative of strong public interest in the project and the forthcoming ICO.
Later this month, Blackmoon will launch a public ICO to support their vision of creating “the world’s best framework for tokenized funds to deliver investment opportunities in both the real world and crypto economies.” Blackmoon says the cap on funds raised at the distribution will be publicly announced 24 hours before the distribution starting date based on the market situation and pre-order demand.
