Agility Scales, a Netherlands-based platform for guides making jobs better and easier, has successfully secured its initial €300,000 funding target through its Seedrs equity crowdfunding campaign from more than 150 investors. The company launched the funding round a couple weeks ago and is offering 6.61% in equity to investors. Founded earlier this year, Agility Scales’ team states they are creating a platform for crowdsources business workflows with peer-to-peer guides to make work better, faster, and easier.
“We offer no diagrams on PowerPoint slides, but step-by-step guides on smartphones and tablets. We offer no top-down transformation programs, but bottom-up exploration and gamification with a platform. We offer not courses and conferences but machine learning and personal recommendations.”
The company also pointed out that the average lifetime of companies keeps shrinking, with executives doing anything to achieve business agility, such as more innovation, and higher productivity so that their business can survive (or initiate) industry disruptions. However, Agility Scales points out that conventional solutions may be expensive, slow, and unsuccessful. With traditional change programs don’t always work.

All funds from the Seedrs funding round will be used to continue the growth and development of Agility Scales’ platform. The campaign is set to close later this winter.
