Singapore-based Crowdvilla, a Real Estate Platform, will list its token on the Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX) becoming the third token to do so. GBX is a subsidiary of the EU-regulated Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GSX) and has positioned itself to be a jurisdiction of preference for blockchain based digital assets. The GBX operates similarly to a more traditional stock exchange. GBX performs due diligence by requiring projects to have the support of a Sponsor Firm before making an application to be listed. Crowdvilla is being sponsored by ICOMain.io.
Crowdvilla, a “non-profit”, says it wants to “democratize real estate ownership worldwide.”
Crowdvilla says it is building a portfolio of vacation homes around the world that will see its users owning, and sharing, using the CRV tokens.
Darvin Kurniawan, Co-Founder and CEO of Crowdvilla, said they were privileged to become the third token to list on the GBX. Kurniawan said they strongly believe in a compliant and ethical blockchain ecosystem and GBX’s ambition to be the leading source of credible tokens and digital assets perfectly aligns with their intent.
“We are delighted to welcome Crowdvilla’s token to the GBX Grid. We want to support exciting projects that are as innovative as they are reputable, and the CRV token definitely fits this description,” said Kerry Gan, CEO of ICOMain.io.
If you want to participate in the initial coin offering you must open an account on GBX first and then add the funds.
The token sale date for CRV tokens will be soon announced.
