The co-founders of the Crypto Invest Summit, Josef Holm and Alon Goren, have announced the launch of a new fund Goren Holm Ventures (GHV). The fund will invest in promising blockchain and cryptocurrency projects including all types of digital assets, blockchain or distributed ledger technology and the services that support the emerging cryptocurrency marketplace.
Both Goren and Holm have been engaged within the Fintech space for many years having been early proponents of online capital formation using securities crowdfunding under the JOBS Act. As digital assets have emerged as a new and robust asset class, Goren and Holm have focused more attention on this sector of financial innovation. Their Crypto Invest Summit, most recently held in Los Angeles, has become one of the largest crypto focused investment conferences in the world.

GHV invests in and also incubates projects related to blockchain technology, digital currency, crypto assets and marketing and/or servicing those products. The event has also enabled the two entrepreneurs to gain early access to promising blockchain based firms. GHV expects to collaborate and co-invest in crypto focused funds as well as early stage companies.
GHV expects to also incubate and launch innovative crypto and blockchain products. Goren and Holm will bring their many years of Fintech experience into GHV and expect to launch multiple crypto industry focused startups.
