VersaPay (TSXV: VPY),  a provider of cloud-based invoice-to-cash solutions including electronic invoice presentment and payment, announced on Tuesday it has added ShopOne as its newest commercial real estate client. ShopOne notably owns and manages shopping centers across the country. The company noted it has more than 50 retail centers located in established trade areas.

According to VersePay, ShopOne was introduced by global CRE technology and service company, NTrust. VersaPay reported that NTrust is an active member of its referral partner program and through their partnership, NTrust introduces it to business opportunities at CR organizations that may benefit from using VersaPay’s accounts receivable platform, ARC. Speaking about the addition of ShopOne, Craig O’Neill, CEO of VersaPay, stated that ShopOne is the fifth new CRE client to choose ARC this year, together serving over 30,000 commercial tenants across a mix of retail and office properties across the U.S.

“As we cement our leadership position in CRE we are also building strong working relationships and interfaces with the leading ERP’s serving the sector including Oracle JD Edwards, MRI and others.”

Joe LoParrino, Chief Accounting Officer for ShopOne, added:

“VersaPay’s solution is the perfect fit to help us scale our business and provide a great experience for our rapidly expanding tenant community. By providing better tools for our tenants we make it easy for them to do business with us and we receive payments faster and can manage the business more proactively.”
