Roostify, a U.S.-based digital lending platform provider, announced on Wednesday it has extended its partnership with TD Bank to deliver its home equity solution to the bank’s digital home lending platform. Roostify reported that last year, it and TD Bank partnered to launch a digital mortgage platform to enhance the bank’s mortgage processing times to “best-in-industry” average.
“TD’s partnership with Roostify has been instrumental in our continued effort to deliver legendary customer experiences at every touch point. With this latest enhancement, prospective borrowers visiting our website now have consistent, seamless interactions across all of our home lending products. Our business expects to see increased pull-through, accelerated time to close and gains in cost efficiencies.”
Rajesh Bhat, Co-Founder and CEO of Roostify, further commented:
“Roostify has created the best possible digital lending experience for TD Bank customers and loan officers. Customers use the same trusted platform to apply for a home equity loan as they use for securing a mortgage. Working independently, or with a loan officer, in an omni-channel environment, the borrower can now secure the loan that best meets their financing needs and preferences of engaging.”
Founded in 2012, Roostify describes itself as a web and mobile service that claims to simplify and accelerate the home-buying experience by providing step-by-step guidance in the home and loan closing process. This allows agents, loan officers, and homebuyers to share and track critical information “seamlessly.”
“Our secure interface improves client responsiveness and referrals for agents, reduces cycles for lenders, gives buyers real-time 24/7 visibility into every step of their loan applications, and prevents delays in the overall closing process. By accelerating and demystifying the home loan and closing process, and increasing the accountability of everyone involved in the process, Roostify helps agents and lenders increase deal flow and reduce risk while creating a better, faster, less stressful experience for people who are buying homes.”
