Juggle, a UK-based professional employment platform, has successfully secured its initial £350,000 equity crowdfunding target through its Crowdcube campaign. The funding round has so far attracted more than 300 Crowdcube investors.
Founded in 2015, Juggle describes itself as a digital platform for companies to find, onboard, pay, and manage, experience flexible professionals.
“Juggle makes it possible for companies to hire outstanding professional talent in just a few clicks. Jugglers are extremely self sufficient and just require flexibility in return for high quality work – little management needed. We’re passionate about helping professionals to work on their terms and “juggle” successfully. We know from experience that people are at their best when they have the freedom and flexibility to work and live. Juggle is about making this possible for the many and not the few.”
The Juggle platform is notably free for companies to post jobs and professionals will get a recommendation to the right opportunities based on their profiles.
“We aim to present to companies 10 pre-qualified candidates with a target of hiring within 2 weeks. Once a contract is agreed, both companies and candidates can manage the timesheet and payment through the platform.”
Juggle further revealed that for every successful hire, it charges the company a monthly fee as a percent of the payment. There is also a one-off payment option for companies wishing to turn the contract into a permanent role. Funds from the Crowdcube round will be used for additional hires in certain key positions, expand the product features and apply for FCA license with an aim of handling payments at a larger scale. Juggle is now offering 2.39% in equity at a £15 million pre-money valuation through the campaign, which is set to close next week.
