Fintech Income Closes Seed Round Raising €1.3 Million, Aided by Crowdfunding Platforms

Estonia-based Fintech Income has closed on a securities crowdfunding round raising €1.3 Million from investors on Seedrs and Seedblink, according to a note from the company.

Income is a platform that offers secured investments in loans at getincome.com. The company reports that it has partnered with six Fintech lenders in the first year of operations having attracted more than 1800 investors who have invested €7 million through the platform.

The post-money valuation of Income was set at €10 million.

Income’s Series Seed funding round was led by Tolaram Fintech alongside crowdfunding investors. Income’s founder and CEO Kimmo Rytkönen also invested in the round.

“Income is well-positioned to benefit from the fast growth of Fintech lending globally. The past year has shown us that we are no longer proving a concept, but there is a demand for our product from investors and fintech partners. The growth opportunities are nearly endless. We already see established fintechs connecting with us to arrange a listing of their loans for investment,” said Rytkönen.

The Seedrs offering closed in January raising €844,019 from 381 investors, according to the offering page. The security was approved for the secondary market as well as the Nominee structure. The Seedblink offering closed in 2020 with €350,000 allocated to platform investors.
