Online investment platform Yieldstreet has revealed the sale of a rental home portfolio that consisted of 43 homes in the Atlanta region. The investment was listed on the YieldStreet platform in 2021 and offered in partnership with Avenue One.
Avenue One is an investment marketplace for institutional buyers and sellers of residential rental real estate. The company is said to be one of the largest in the US, providing these services.
Yieldstreet did not provide additional details on the disposition of the portfolio of homes.
Tejas Joshi, Director of Single-Family Residential at Yieldstreet, said they were pleased to “achieve a positive outcome” for investors during a difficult economic environment.
Joshi said they look forward to working with Avenue One on future projects around the US.
Avenue One’s Head of Asset Marketplace, Allison Arest, said Yieldstreet’s participation helped to ensure the success of the portfolio.
“Through the direct relationships we maintain with buyers and sellers of rental properties, we were able to successfully provide liquidity and returns to Yieldstreet’s investors.”
Yieldstret reports over 440,000 members that may participate in a range of private offerings which include early-stage firms as well as real estate and other alternative investments.
