Cyabra has announced that Mike Pompeo, the former Secretary of State and one-time CIA Director, has joined its Board of Directors.
At the same time, Cyabra announced that it had completed a $5.7 million funding round. The securities offering was listed on the OurCrowd platform and is a portfolio company.

In an X, Dan Brahmy, CEO and co-founder of Cyabra, said:

Cyabra is a cyber tech firm that leverages artificial technology (AI) to expose threats and attacks with real-time alerts. This is said to include disinformation, bots, GenAI text and images to uncover malicious acts.
Cyabra reports “substantial growth” in customers, with more than 20x revenue growth over the past two years. Recent customer include Singaporean media conglomerate Mediacorp, and “various public offices in major democracies, as well as global public relations agencies.”
Pompeo issued a statement on his new role, stating that vigilance is key to national security:
“At the Department of State and the CIA, our ability to meet constantly evolving threats depended on our capacity to detect them. Cyabra’s dedication to proactive, cutting-edge threat detection aligns perfectly with this mission, and I am excited to work with them as they provide a vital shield against nefarious manipulation efforts online.”
Cyabra’s funding round included the support of Founders Fund, Red Forest Ventures, and Singapore-based Vulpes Ventures. In total, Cyabra has raised $16 million to date.
