SeedBlink, a securities crowdfunding platform operating across Europe, says it has inked a partnership with Accumeo, a crowdfunding platform based in Sweden.
Accumeo is registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority having obtained a license to conduct crowdfunding, operating under ECSPR,. Under the EU rules, an issuer may raise up to €5 million in an online securities offering.
Accumeo’s mission is to “make promising unlisted investment opportunities available to more people while giving innovative growth companies access to the capital they need.”
Accumeo also operates a secondary market that allows the buying and selling of shares in private companies.
The partnership between the two platforms entails cross-listings of securities offerings. Specific terms of the collaboration were not revealed beyond the ability for issuers to promote securities offerings on each platform.
The two companies describe the collaboration as both are approved to operate secondary markets.

Acumeo CEO and founder Oden Vallien echoed Dudoiu’s sentiment, adding that working with Seedblink complements their focus on the Nordic markets.
Both SeedBlink and Accumeo stated they are committed to adhering to the highest regulatory standards.
