CapitalRise Originates £6.3 Million Loan for Mayfair Property

CapitalRise has originated a £6.3 million loan to facilitate a property in the heart of Mayfair. CapitalRise specializes in prime London real estate financing.

This specific townhouse was originally built in 1736 and is a Grade II listed property encompassing 10,707sq.ft. The structury currently includes two residential apartments and office space.

The sponsor of the property aims to secure planning to transform the property into a prime residential scheme.

CapitalRise describes the financing as highlighting its ability to serve the high end of the market. The platform recently received £30 million in funding from a “well-known bank,” which is dedicated specifically to bridging loans.

Katy Katani, Director at CapitalRise, called the property an exceptionally rare asset in one of the most sought-after areas of London.
