Capchase Pay Offered to Software Buyers via Tekpon Partnership, Allowing them to Pay in Installments

Capchase notes in a blog post that Tekpon is an online marketplace for software solutions across sectors.

Their platform connects businesses with the software solutions “that are right for them, featuring user reviews, product overviews, and ratings that help buyers cost-effectively optimize their software stack.”

That’s why Capchase are pleased to announce a new partnership with Tekpon, which will bring Capchase Pay to software buyers, “allowing them to pay in installments while software vendors continue to receive full payment upfront.”

Tekpon is a key player focused on “establishing visibility and trust for growing software platforms, and the integration of a buy-now-pay-later tool will allow buyers to access platforms that were previously out of reach due to budget or liquidity constraints.”

As a marketplace, Tekpon helps companies fully “equip their tech stack by offering a wide array of solutions with detailed information and reviews that help companies choose the best platform to meet their needs.”

But in today’s market environment, companies of all ARR sizes and industries “come up against budget constraints – or simply wish to remain more liquid in the present, for a number of reasons.”

As such, year-long contracts can be out of the question, “requiring too much of an upfront burden.”

Some sellers offer discounts or payment in installments, “but at great cost: the average SaaS discount is 17%, and companies that manage flexible payments on their own are stuck with less reliable cash flow and significant risk.”

Capchase Pay, purpose-built for B2B SaaS sales, “provides a seamlessly-integrated checkout that allows companies to offer flexible payment terms while also getting paid full contract value on day one, allowing sellers to power growth with cash.”

Behind the scenes, Capchase manages underwriting, billing, and collections.

SaaS vendors that offer flexible payment terms “through Capchase pay shorten their sales cycles by an average of 30% while also increasing annual contract value by an average of 50%.”

For companies listed on Tekpon, Capchase Pay can boost sales and ACV, and shorten sales cycles, causing “a ripple effect that packs a major punch by the end of a year.”

Ferran Puig, Director of Business Development at Capchase said:

“We’re excited to make software more accessible to buyers through our new partnership with Tekpon. There’s so much incredible software out there, software that can really help companies make a difference and run more efficiently, but it can be unaffordable when you’re facing down a bill for 12 months of service. Our partnership with Tekpon will make it possible for buyers to get the software they need, while also providing sellers with cash upfront. It’s a win-win.”
