Estateguru has shared the Loan portfolio overview for the month of July 2024.
As of July 2024, Estateguru‘s loan portfolio has “demonstrated consistent performance, with approximately €8 million in repayments each month.”
The 12-month portfolio remains robust, “delivering steady interest payments to our investors.”
Of the €5.4 million funded in July, Estonia contributed “the largest share with €2.9 million, followed by Latvia with €1.1 million.”
Due to the summer holidays, the funded amount in July was slightly lower.” However, the total amount funded this year has reached €45.8 million.
In July, Estateguru’s loan portfolio continued “to show stability, with total repayments reaching €54.9 million for the year and an average of €7.8 million repaid each month.”
Additionally, recoveries have “totaled €5.28 million, averaging €750K per month.”
Over the past 12 months, a total “of €83.33 million in loans were originated.”
Of this amount, €17.47 million has already “been repaid to investors, while €65.42 million remains on schedule.”
Notably, 99.47% of these loans are performing as expected, “with only 0.53% experiencing delays or defaults.”
Since inception, EstateGuru now reports having originated more than 3100 loans worth in excess of €500 million.
