This is a perfect opportunity for college towns across America. If you can get 500 people to invest in the equity crowdfunding offer for BrewDog USA, they will open a BrewPub in your town. That’s not a bad deal.

BrewDog is hoping to raise up to $50 million by selling 1,052,632 shares of Common Stock in BrewDog USA Inc. – an offshoot of their UK operations. The Brewery being constructed just outside Columbus, Ohio is nearly completed. There is an Open House scheduled for the first week of December. This brewery will be able to provide all of North America with BrewDog beer – and then some.

The BrewDog team has been doing equity crowdfunding for years in the UK. This is the first time they have ever launched a BrewPub as a community perk. They already have a network of 46 BrewDog bars around the world including cities like Barcelona, Sao Paulo and Tokyo. So why not Waco? Or Athens, Georgia? Maybe even Greencastle? The BrewDog BrewPub would be brewing on-site.
