Crowdcube Wins Funded Business of the Year Award

Startups Award Vote for MeEquity crowdfunding portal Crowdcube was announced as a finalist in the StartUps  Awards under the category of “Funded Business of the Year” back in October.  Last week Crowdcube Co-founder Luke Lang showed up to the annual event and was pleased to be recognized as this year’s winner.

Crowdcube was founded in 2010 and since their crowdfunding platform launch they have aided in generating funding for 83 businesses having raised over £16 Million in equity.  They estimate they have created hundreds of new jobs in the process of funding these small companies.  Luke Lang Picks up AwardCrowdcube has recently announced expansions in multiple countries as they extend their platform and service in different markets.

Crowdcube has been on a winning streak in capturing recognition for their innovative service.  Earlier this year they were acknowledged as one of the hottest FinTech firms in Europe.
