Kickstarter Hack: If You Want Funding To End, Turn Off Your Rewards

Is your Kickstarter taking off? Are you worried about having too many backers to answer to and too many rewards to ship? Wish Kickstarter had the option to set a funding maximum?

They do… kind of. It isn’t an explicit feature of the platform, but Kickstarter’s Yancey Strickler provided the following answer to the question of what to do about untenable levels of overfunding. We learn something new every day. Just max out your rewards so people can’t buy any more. It’s a bit of a hack, but it’ll work!
