This week, equity crowdfunding portal Crowdcube announced that it hosted PR workshop that was dedicated to its #FundedClub members.
Luke Lang, Co-founder and CMO of Crowdcube, Teresa Horscroft, MD of Eureka Communications, and Steve Hemsley, experienced journalist and media trainer hosted the event, which is called ‘Utilising PR To Build Your Brand.’ Topics discussed included how PR can help grow a brand, what factors are key to successful PR, and what makes a killer press release.
“We had some fantastic feedback from the attendees including Sophie, Marketing Coordinator of FitMiBODY, who commented that the event was, ‘So beneficial, feel like I can take so much away! Really easy to relate to each industry and (the panelists) had a great knowledge on a wide range of industries.’

It has come a long way from being essentially just a hashtag in September last year, to something that now delivers real benefits and support to the businesses that have successfully joined its ranks. The platform then added:
