BOXX Seeks Funds Through Reg CF Campaign on StartEngine For Electric Smart Scooter

BOXXan Oregon-based electrical scooter brand, is currently seeking funds through its Regulation CF campaign through crowdfunding platform StartEngineAccording to BOXX, each of its smart scooters were craft from the ground up to be easy to maintain and built to last.

Our goal was to build a product that is easy to ride, upgrade, and service, and we’re now ready to unleash it on the world. The scooter industry has been relatively stagnant for decades now, with little innovation despite the popularity of the segment. That’s why we decided to shake things up.  Our e-scooter showcases a sleek, futuristic appeal and is great for riding in congested metropolitan cities. But the real innovation is beneath the surface, where our patented technology is on display. We provide a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive train; traction control; ABS braking; and twin in-wheel hub motors.”

BOXX also revealed that the founding seed product design and engineering prototyping phase I has been completed, and the resulting product has already received widespread acclaim. The company has already allocated more than 1,000 orders.

The scooter market is in prime position for the new products and industry-evolving technology that we’ve developed. Specifically, the scooter industry is ready to embrace electrification. That’s why we decided to start with the basics. We developed our one-of-a-kind, patented technology by taking the traditional scooter and distilling it to its purest form. In doing so, we have developed new drive-train technologies and manufacturing advances that will forever change the scooter market overall.”

Funds from the StartEngine campaign will be used to continue BOXX’s scooter developments. The funding round is set to close in the fall.
