Offering up tasty beverages for adults, Thor Drinks launched a crowdfunding campaign on CrowdCube to raise £85k for its growing business. The company offers a new range of “legendary refreshments” for bars, pubs and restaurants.
According to its campaign site, the company is ready to challenge the old guard by capturing what it enjoys most in its favorite alcohol brands – crisp, dry flavors delivered with drama and passion. It believes this will enable consumers to be able to enjoy a few rather than struggling through just the one.
Thor Drinks also aims to use high quality, natural ingredients and a lot less sugar. The four flavors that it is offering in 275ml glass bottles all come in at under 80 calories.
Marketing Executive Sim Bowman stated, “We are here and we are just trying to get more people interested in the drink and drinking it. We want to get more restaurants, cafes and pubs to stock it, too.”
By investing in the company, backers will enable Thor Drinks to roll out the product on a larger scale. Other items that the funds that will go towards are sales agency, PR, more employees, vehicles to delivery the products, and other usual business expenses.
With five days left of the campaign, 48 investors have given £46,030.
