Paul Niederer, founder of and CEO of ASSOB – an equity crowdfunding platform based in Australia – has been a trailblazer in the space. Niederer has spent the last 8 years working in the equity crowdfunding segment of the nascent crowdfunding industry. In the video presented below he shares his insight on the three areas of crowdfunding; donations (rewards), debt and equity.
