The Small Business Administration (SBA) has scheduled a crowdfunding marketing basics event to be held in San Francisco in January. The event is described as an educational effort for people looking to crowdfund their product or service. The class is being taught by “volunteer presenter” Cheryl Downing. Topics include basic marketing strategies such as video creation, contacts, rewards, story etc.
Crowdfunding Marketing Basics will be held on January 15th. The SBA requests registration for the event (and if you decide to cancel the free event – they want to know that as well).
