Pingvalue plans an upcoming ICO with a €30M target conducted for developing its blockchain-based advertising services. Chaineum, a French ICO Boutique founded by Laurent Leloup, is leading this ICO. Following the recent successful ICO conducted by Domraider, Chaineum is leading this offering with a pre-ICO opening on January 20, 2018; the €30M-goal ICO will start in February and end within four weeks. Funds raised will be used for developing the already existing system and implementing new advertising-related services. Pingvalue’s ICO is based on the sale of 600 Million tokens available during the entire ICO process. The issue price of the PCO token is €0.0625 per token.

The goal of Pingvalue’s ICO, helmed by CEO Luciano Scatorchia and CFO Jo Peeters, is to create innovative advertising models that increase effectiveness of campaigns and reduce costs, eliminating middlemen and ensuring measurability.
