Insuresoft, a digital insurance platform provider for property and casualty insurers, announced last week it has formed a partnership with SPLICE Software, which specializes in using big and small data and voice technologies to drive customer engagement. The duo has reportedly teamed up to provide Insuresoft’s clients with API-enabled Data-Driven Dialogs for phone, SMS messaging, and Voice-First devices like Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
According to the companies, Data-Driven Dialogs are provided as a seamless integration into the Diamond Platform and will provide SPLICE’s personalized, intelligent alerts to Insuresoft’s clients to improve the customer experience. It was revealed that Insuresoft’s clients will be able to take advantage of SPLICE’s intelligent alerts to help insurers obtain needed information from insureds, provide updates on claims and even mitigate risk with customized pre-CAT alerts and post-CAT notifications.
