SPARQ, an Estonia-based fintech startup, has reportedly secured €440,000 in financial backing from the Baltic International Bank.

Founded in 2019, Sparq states it combines together the banking sector, fintech market, and retail companies to bring a seamless experience for millennials and generation Z by providing free payments within the EU, loyalty system, and modern fintech solutions.

Our mission is to consolidate and optimize people’s interaction with money.

Speaking about the investment, Sparq CEO Danila Belokons, shared with EU-startups:

“Now Sparq has enough funds to realize our idea in full. The funds will be invested into two main directions – development of product and marketing.”

Sparq further revealed it has already released its early adopter pack and has seen noticeably significant growth in new users to the platform, despite it being in the very early stages of development.
