Starling Bank Adds PayStream Accounting Software as Integrated Option

Digital bank Starling Bank is now offering PayStream, an online accounting platform, as an integrated option. The service has been part of Starling’s Marketplace since February.

In a blog post, Starling says it has now developed a new integration with PayStream, focused on bookkeeping that connects your bank account to PayStream’s online accounting software so everything updates and transfer automatically. Once your Starling account is connected to PayStream transactions will sync once a day.

For independent contractors, the integrated service may save a considerable amount of time in managing accounting records.

PayStream customers have three paid options to choose from, ranging from £95 + VAT to £250 + VAT, per month.

Starling Bank continues to add features and new third party services via its banking marketplace model. The digital bank believes it should be a great digital bank while leveraging tech and open banking to expand services that may be selected by both its consumer and business customers.
