BizBank, an Asian fintech, has reportedly launched its corporate expense card in Singapore. Founded in 2020, BizBank revealed that it is building a ‘Bank-in-a-Box’ for SMBs.
“Using our end-to-end platform, small businesses can digitize operations and spend more time on their core activities — revenue growth and business expansion. It is time to build for the SMBs. By creating contextual, responsible, and transparent products and services, we want to empower Southeast Asian SMBs to maximize their growth potential.”
According to IBSintelligence, BizBank reported that as the existing tools and solutions in the market are quite fragmented and often do not cater to every size and scope of SMB operations, it is aiming to be the solution provider by offering cost-effective financial solutions that will help remove barriers faced by SMBs, unlocking economic growth in the region. Sruthi Srinivasan, COO of BizBank, further stated:
“We are building a ‘bank-in-a-box’ for small and medium businesses. Using our end-to-end platform, SMBs can digitize their operations and spend more time on their core activities – revenue growth and business expansion.”
The media outlet also noted that the corporate card provides small and medium enterprise owners with convenience and flexibility, bank-grade security, and full visibility and control of their spending. Bizbank is notably aiming to introduce expense management, billing, and a variety of credit products across Southeast Asia later in 2021.
