Pascal WealthTech recently announced that it has acquired Living Wealth Media Inc., which is a digital relationship marketing platform built and designed for wealth advisors, “in an all-stock transaction.”
As mentioned in an update shared with CI, Living Wealth will continue as “a standalone product,” with the firm’s MD Ken Blakeley, also serving as EVP, Client Engagement at Pascal.
Living Wealth Chair Paul Dinelle will reportedly be joining the Pascal board as a director.
Currently in market with InvestorEQ, their behavioral finance tool for financial advisors, and in final development and testing “to take its integrated wealth management platform to market in Q1 2022, the Living Wealth acquisition strengthens Pascal’s digital client engagement offering for financial advisors,” the announcement revealed.
Pascal President and CEO Howard Atkinson, stated:
“We were looking for a strategic partner to strengthen the digital engagement component of our platform and were impressed with Living Wealth’s holistic approach to wealth. Living Wealth gives Pascal a new digital tool that empowers advisors to go deeper with their clients, to deliver the personalization that is necessary for advisor success.”
Ken Blakeley remarked:
“We immediately felt a strong alignment with the Pascal vision to make the advisor’s world better. As part of the dynamic Pascal brand, Living Wealth will be able to grow its current offering to enterprise clients while creating new content programs for the Pascal platform. “It’s exciting to have Living Wealth join the Pascal WealthTech family.”
Paul Dinelle said:
“Together we’re providing the digital tools financial advisors need for success today.”
Pascal founder and CFO Frances Zomer added:
“Client engagement is a core component of the modern advisor practice, and this acquisition enables us to develop innovative programs to help advisors better connect with their clients.”
As covered, Pascal WealthTech designs digital technology to “empower financial advisors.”
Integrated, intelligent, and intuitive, the Pascal digital platform offers a comprehensive solution for independent advisors, family offices, portfolio managers, credit unions and enterprise wealth management companies.
From its intuitive user experience (UX) to 100% digital onboarding and compliance, InvestorEQ behavioral finance profiling, intelligent portfolio builder and integrated client engagement tools including mobile app, Pascal “makes the advisor’s world better.”
In addition to its platform as a service (PaaS) solution, InvestorEQ, the advanced behavioral finance risk-profiling tool at the center of the platform, and Living Wealth, the digital relationship marketing platform for wealth professionals, “are available to financial advisors as standalone products,” the update confirmed.
