Qwikcilver, a subsidiary of Pine Labs and provider of end-to-end gifting solutions, has teamed up with the Philippine Airlines (PAL) for its digital gift card program.
Developed with assistance from travel tech firm Amadeus, this particular program will help PAL to further improve customer satisfaction by enabling fast refund vouchers in the form of travel credits.
As noted by its management:

Referred to as Asset Manager by Qwikcilver, the program is described as a bespoke, modern solution and is software as a service (SaaS) based.
Providing a comprehensive, digital, real-time, multi-currency, multi-lingual, future-compatible and versatile platform, it allows airlines to effectively manage their passenger-oriented requirements.
