Funding Options Introduces Platform for Accounting and Business Professionals

Funding Options, a UK firm helping business owners get the right finance in place, so they can “trade, plan and grow with confidence,” has been focused on expanding its range of financial services.

Funding Options has added support for energy switching and global payments for small businesses. The company is currently looking into various other products along with a newly developed funding platform meant for accountant professionals and advisors.

Referred to as Funding Cloud: Connect, the new product serves as an extension of the lending marketplace’s Funding Cloud services – which enable lenders to embed their solutions inside Funding Options, leading to improved performance for apps and quicker decisions.

Connect aims to grow from serving mainly business owners, to allow accountants as well as advisors to set their customers up via the platform and support their loan applications.

These types of processes can take a really long to complete, but with this new platform, the process may be streamlined so it can be handled more efficiently.

Via FC: Connect, the company is working with businesses and their advisors to allow them to acquire much-needed financing so they can achieve their goals.

Funding Options has reportedly been working cooperatively with various UK-based accounting firms such as Cooper Parry so they could implement Funding Cloud: Connect.

Now, instead of waiting for weeks to get approval, the tech infrastructure provided by Funding Cloud effectively eliminates the hassle for accountants and provides access to fast approvals so that clients may focus their time and effort on what matters the most (growing their business).

As noted by Funding Options:

“You know your business, we know business finance. We help business owners get the right finance in place, so they can trade, plan and grow with confidence.”

They also mentioned that funding is “the fuel companies need to grow, adapt and survive.” But all too often, businesses can “find it hard to secure the finance they need – there are too many confusing products, complex application forms and long waits.”

The firm has also noted that when they started Funding Options in 2011, they wanted to “transform the business finance market.”

They set out “to make sure every business owner could make an informed choice, and have access to instant funding decisions.”

With a panel of 120+ lender partners, they have reportedly helped “more than 10,000 businesses get the finance they need, quickly and easily.” That adds up “to over £0.5B in funding for businesses in the UK and the Netherlands.”
