Yieldstreet Announces RIA Partnership with Kubhera Wealth Management

Yieldstreet, a private market platform, is proud to announce Kubhera, a national financial advisory firm, has joined the direct-to-consumer platform as its first Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) partner.

Equipped with Yieldstreet’s easy-to-use tech platform and access to a wide range of alternative investment opportunities, Kubhera’s clients are now able “to diversify their portfolios with alternative assets like art, real estate, venture capital, private equity, and more.”

The partnership will “enable Kubhera’s 300+ clients to diversify their portfolios into new private asset classes through a curated and constantly updated roster of handpicked funds.”

Kubhera will “invest on behalf of its clients directly on Yieldstreet’s platform, and its clients will have access to the platform’s full selection of offerings, in addition to enhanced due diligence materials and reports on their investments.”

Kubhera Principal Venkat Krishnaswamy, said:

“Yieldstreet was the clear choice when we sought out a platform that could offer our clients the potential benefits of private market exposure. This partnership will help more people gain access to strategies that have historically been confined to the institutional investment class, such as art diversified debt portfolios that offer shorter terms while potentially generating strong yields.”

Off the back of a record-breaking year for Yieldstreet, these capabilities “allow investors to enjoy true diversification and the benefits of uncorrelated investments.”

Milind Mehere, Founder and CEO of Yieldstreet, said:

“It is long past time for both RIAs and individual investors to be able to properly access alternative investments that go beyond the outdated 60/40 paradigm. This partnership highlights how forward-thinking advisors are helping clients navigate today’s difficult market conditions while preparing them for tomorrow’s investment challenges. We’re thrilled to partner with Kubhera to demonstrate that Yieldstreet can help RIAs distinguish themselves in this highly competitive marketplace.”

The partnership is reportedly “the first of its kind for Yieldstreet, which was founded in 2015 to provide individual investors access to private markets.”

Today, with more than $3.2 billion invested on the platform since inception in 2015, Yieldstreet makes it possible “for investors to access previously out-of-reach asset classes at accessible minimums.”

As mentioned in the update, Yieldstreet, a private market investing platform, helps investors diversify their portfolios “with clarity and confidence.”

Investors gain access “to curated and highly-vetted opportunities across 10 alternative asset classes including real estate, private credit, art, legal finance, private equity, and more.”
