Embedded Banking Fintech BankiFi Welcomes Lindsay Hodges as Director of Product Management, Client Success for Americas

BankiFi, which claims to be a leading provider of embedded banking solutions, has appointed Lindsay Hodges “as their new Director of Product Management and Client Success for the Americas.”

Hodges’ addition to the team is reportedly “one of the latest efforts in BankiFi’s dedication to the North American market.”

As noted in the update, Lindsay “has over 25 years of experience in banking, leadership and financial services.”

Prior to working at BankiFi, Lindsay has “held roles primarily in Product Management and Sales for digital banking and end-to-end loan management software for Finastra; serving bank and credit unions.”

In addition, Lindsay has “served as a mentor and guiding force in the creation process of multiple small businesses, which gives her a relatable advantage to working alongside banks to support their SMB customers.”

In her new role, Lindsay will be “responsible for guiding BankiFi’s clients, partners and product roadmap, while creating strategic plans that contribute to overall client success for the North American region.”

Lindsay will “continue to add to the success that BankiFi has already built in its inaugural year in the Americas by further positioning banks as essential resources to their SMB customers.”

Lindsay Hodges stated:

“I’m proud to play a role in helping small businesses and financial institutions succeed. BankiFi’s team and their dedication to customer success is like no other and I could not be more excited to be a part of BankiFi’s North American operations.

Keith Riddle, CEO of BankiFi Americas, remarked:

“We’re absolutely thrilled to have Lindsay on our team. Lindsay’s track record and her dedication to client success and engagement will be a pivotal part of our continued growth in North America.”

As covered, BankiFi is on a mission “to help over two million SMBs globally by 2024 through partnering with financial institutions to provide technology designed to make business banking better.”

BankiFi’s platform “enables financial institutions to provide a set of integrated services – financial account access, accounting, invoicing and payments, and cash flow forecasting – designed around the processes SMB and trade customers use to run their business.”

It equips financial institutions “to become customer centric, rather than product centric, increasing their revenues (direct and through actionable insights) and reducing costs. BankiFi’s offices are in Ohio, Manchester, Sydney and Antwerp.”
