EstateGuru reports that 430 different projects were funded, with an average loan amount of €231,000.
The largest project was in Estonia and was funded in nine different stages, totaling €4.2 million.
The largest single loan was €900,000 and was also issued in Estonia.
Approximately 60% of all investments were made using the automatic investment function, a 20% increase from last year.
Estateguru CEO Mihkel Stamm commented on the performance of his company:
“The true value of the crowdfunding model is vividly demonstrated by the fact that more than a third of investments are in the range of €50-€100. No individual retail investor could place such small amounts individually as collateral for real estate, but collectively, they can.”
Stamm added that the usage of automated investing is a sign that investors trust the platform.
In December, EstateGuru reported a record amount of investment, allocating more than €1 million to projects on two consecutive days.
