Starlight Capital is a strategic consulting firm that provides a range of corporate advisory services to companies of all sizes and assists its clients in identifying, planning for and financing the implementation of strategies.
CrowdIt and Starlight Capital will leverage opportunities for referral business between one another. The partnership is particularly timely as it occurs before the equity crowdfunding option is deregulated by the SEC. The partnership provides an opportunity for expanding both entities’ business networking community and the influential “Suits” on CrowdIt.com.
