Crowdfunding Platform EarlyShares Boosts Leadership Team with New Hires

EarlyShares-jpg-smallCrowdfunding platform EarlyShares, announced that it has added two executives to its senior leadership team. The new hires are Salomon Wancier, Chief Marketing Officer, and Jonatan Alava, Director of Engineering.

Salomon WancierWancier joined EarlyShares as Chief Marketing Officer on January 2, 2014. An accomplished, creative senior executive with more than 17 years of experience, Wancier was previously Founder and Principal of SolutionIQ, a successful marketing agency that he led to its recent sale to Illuminati Studios. In earlier roles Wancier managed Fortune 1000 accounts and built cross-functional teams for both startups and industry-leading companies. He earned an MBA from the University of Miami and is fluent in Spanish.

Jonatan AlavaJonatan Alava joined EarlyShares as Director of Engineering on November 11, 2013. Alava has more than ten years of experience delivering software products to large enterprises. An experienced manager and entrepreneur, he served in a key IT management role for TracFone Wireless, Inc., a subsidiary of America Movil, prior to joining EarlyShares. A published researcher in the field of Software Testing, he is a former PhD candidate and has an MSc in Computer Science from Florida International University.
