GestureLogic announced its Indiegogo campaign for LEO, an intelligent fitness wearable, has surpassed its $50,000 fundraising goal within 10 days of launching and now stands at $65,945. The only fitness wearable whose technology tracks biomedical fitness data, LEO helps people optimize their workout and reduce the risk of injury.

GestureLogic has unveiled new fundraising stretch goals to offer additional perks for funders:
- $100,000 goal met – Haptic feedback: Know when LEO has an important notification without even looking at your mobile device with real-time haptic feedback.
- $150,000 goal met – LEO Colors: Funders can decide how LEO will look by voting on new color choices.
- $250,000 goal met – Kick-ball app: In honor of the world cup, GestureLogic will develop and app to track and analyze the way users kick.
LEO’s capabilities surpass current fitness wearables by tracking complex biosignals, such as muscle activity and other metrics like lactic acid levels, with biomedical monitoring technology. LEO then translates this data into simple and actionable recommendations, notifying users of potential injury, all in real-time via a smartphone application.
LEO gives a comprehensive overview of anatomic activity and adapts to each user’s unique physiology, setting goals that make sense for individual fitness and ability level and trends in the wider community. As a social platform that connects users to friends or pro athletes, LEO helps find local routes, trainers, clubs or shops.
