Salesforce Executive Joins Lending Club to Help Build & Innovate Platform

Scott HansmaScott Hansma, recently the chief architect of global cloud computing company Salesforce, has joined the executive bench of Lending Club, the largest peer to peer lender in the country. Hansma will be adding his skill set and knowledge to the fast growing fintech firm as it grows domestically and at some point – internationally.

Hansma started as a junior programmers at Salesforce and become the platforms tech architect helping build the foundation that has made Salesforce what it is today.  Lending Club states that Hansma was engaged with “search, file storage, multitenant database management, continuous integration, security, monitoring, and datacenter automation”.John MacIlwaine

Hansma, a Phi Beta Kappa from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in computer science, holds numerous patents for data and database system innovations.
