Presence Security is said to combine industry-leading security technology with its powerful software app to not only protect user’s home from intruders, but also monitor everyday situations, such as checking on kids, pets, appliances and more.

Using smart sensors and motion detectors, Presence Security monitors doors and windows, movements and vibrations, and provides temperature updates and water detection in the event of a leak or flood. Your old smartphone will also act as a siren when an intruder is detected. Through real-time alerts, you’re notified when something is happening in your house, no matter where you are.
A rules engine also allows users to customize and coordinate actions and share alerts with friends and family in their trusted circle.
