Christchurch, New Zealand based agricultural technology company, CropLogic Limited, announced that it has successfully closed its crowdfunding campaign on Equitise and has appointed Ventnor Capital as Corporate Advisors, in preparation for the company’s anticipated listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

CropLogic received a positive response in a short time frame from the investor community, via the crowdfunding platform Equitise and successfully raised $512,200, overfunding by 128.1%. With the raised funds, CropLogic intends to immediately begin preparations for the Company’s listing on the ASX with Ventnor Capital as Corporate Advisors assisting in this process.
