Last week, the team at Zopa announced they have officially moved from their Chancery Lane office to the peer-to-peer lending platform’s new location in London Bridge.
The company shared in a blog post:
“This office move is much more than a location change: it’s a statement that Zopa is growing up and reflects our big ambition. We’d be delighted to welcome any customers who fancy popping in for a chat and a cup of tea, or just to enjoy the amazing view!”
Zopa recently announced the appointment of its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Ronen Benchetrit. The platform revealed the new hire is considered to be a strategic hire for its business and Ronen brings more than two decades of software and management expertise with him.
Benchetrit previously stated:
“I am delighted to join Zopa, a true pioneer and innovator in its field. I believe that Zopa is leading by example, with great innovative products and an award winning team. I hope to use my experience and skills to drive rapid growth for Zopa, making it accessible to an ever growing number of customers and leading Zopa as a fintech pioneer.”
Jaidev Janardana, CEO of Zopa, then added:
