Australian Beverage Brand SOFI Spritz Now Seeking A$400,000 Through Equitise Crowdfunding Round

SOFI Spritz, an Australia-based beverage brand, is now seeking A$400,000 (max A$1 million) through its new crowdfunding campaign on Equitise. The company previously raised $11,410 on funding platform Pozible. SOFI has also been on Shark Tank.

SOFI is focused on new product development and marketing innovative alcoholic beverages that address the unmet needs of a significant market segment. The company produces an all-natural, All Australian take on the classic Italian spritz. SOFI also noted that it sources wine (either producing from grapes grown or acquired on the open market) and outsources operations (including winemaking and contract bottling). Products are primarily sold directly to retailers and via low-cost/broad-range wholesalers.

“Sofi Spritz is an all-Australian wine cocktail inspired by the Italian-style of aperitivo, balanced with sparkling water, citrus & herbal extracts. Best enjoyed over ice with good friends as the sun goes down.Inspired by classic European cocktails but with a modern Australian twist. Crafted with only natural ingredients including premium quality Australian wine, locally sourced juices and herbal extracts, SOFI contains no added sugar.”
