Netcore Solutions, a marketing automation and personalization platform, revealed on August 11, 2020 that it has chosen Asian Fintech firm GoBear to power its multi-channel marketing automation and engagement campaigns. GoBear will help Netcore with ensuring customer retention, according to a release.
Established in 2014, GoBear offers services in 7 markets across Asia. The company claims that it has an addressable market of more than 55 million users who are looking for over 2,000 personal financial products.
As mentioned in a release:

Netcore Smartech’s AI-enhanced platform bundles the CDP, multi-channel campaign management, which is described as a “comprehensive journey builder.” It also features an AI-powered email delivery system, and “Smart Push” for sending push notifications, with “a layer of AI” across the platform. Netcore claims that its Smartech platform is well-suited for company brands that are working on their customer retention campaigns.

GoBear recently partnered with UnionBank to launch a lending as a service offering in the Philippines.
In May 2020, GoBear secured $17 million in capital through an investment round to expand financial services for Asian markets.
Also in May, GoBear acquired AsiaKredit, a Singapore-based online lending platform.
