Switzerland based Proptech Firm Properti Partners with Houzy to Serve Digital Real Estate Market

Many more homeowners are now looking for all-digital solutions that are affordable and a lot more accessible.

Digitalization and the platform concept are now finding their way into the real estate sector, which is not only an innovative breakthrough but has also become essential. That’s why Properti and Houzy are forming a partnership.

As first reported by Money Cab, all-digital platforms have the potential to create new opportunities for people to connect, integrate and completely redesign/transform a traditional sector.

As explained in the update, acquiring real estate has relied on traditional processes for a fairly long time. Real estate professionals, targeted ads, mortgage applications, moving firms, building contractors – just about every service provider has been working with legacy systems.

But in the fast-evolving digital economy, fast-growing cross-border markets, and a changing socio-economic landscape, online platforms like Houzy and the Swiss Proptech Properti are now also focused on streamlining the industry.

While these two startups have not been in the business for a long time, they do claim to have some unique ideas. Houzy has developed its business model based on the requirement to lead home owners back for greater transparency and well-researched information regarding their houses or apartments.

As an open platform and ecosystem, Houzy leverages various online tools like real estate valuation, the energy calculator and the plant manager. This approach brings home owners, craftsmen and other real estate professionals together in an efficient manner. The platform is reportedly being expanded to feature updated offers, tools and partners (like the recent collaboration with Properti).

As a Proptech firm and partner for real estate, which is focused on marketing and administration, Properti leverages the latest tech, professional competence and marketing. This unique approach gives the property real estate workers the time they require to focus on the needs of the customers while offering professional advice. As mentioned in the update, Houzy clients may now take advantage of this advice as part of the marketing process.

Properti clarifies that it does not charge its clients any extra fees in advance, which makes it a “risk-free” partner.

Levent Künzi, CEO at Properti, stated:

“Digital platforms open up new possibilities for connecting, integrating and redesigning a traditional sector. Since many customers [want] better options and transparent services, the partnership with Houzy creates enormous added value for everyone involved. … The success of our technological cooperation accelerates our ability to identify attractive opportunities for customers, to use efficient solutions on a large scale and to increase the service for customers.”

Marco Kobelt, CEO of Houzy, remarked:

“As young Proptechs, the changing needs of customers are clearly [a key focus] on both sides. … The partnership between Properti and Houzy is an important step in terms of the platform concept and shows a clear direction for the changes in the industry. This is intended to help owners save time and money and, from a business point of view, to provide an easy-to-use solution that helps to increase customer loyalty in the residential ecosystem – both with existing customers and with the next generation. The combination of a transparent and solution-oriented approach and the specialist knowledge that lies behind every service, in a coordinated cooperation, can help property owners better in solving their real estate project easily, professionally and quickly.”
