SyndicateRoom, an online investment platform, reports that portfolio company 10to8 has been acquired by Sign In Solutions.
Deal terms were not revealed, but SyndicateRoom said that the exit was at a “positive multiple.”
10to8 is a time management, communication and meeting platform that aims to eliminate missed appointments.
Sign In Solutions is a US-based platform that addresses complex workplace challenges associated with managing identity, access, and communication across multiple locations, geographies, visitor types, watchlists, compliance, regulatory requirements, and more. 10to8’s business is complementary to Sign In Solutions.
10to8 was part of SyndicateRoom’s Fund Twenty8 2016 portfolio which is described as a forerunner to SyndicateRoom’s current Access Fund.
SyndicateRoom started its existence as an investment crowdfunding platform which migrated to a portfolio service providing access to smaller investors to gain exposure to private firms backed by top angel investors.
