Global crowdfunding platform was struggling to keep the site live today and some sites were asking if the Pebble Time crowdfunding campaign was to blame. While I would be surprised if Pebble is the root cause of things, Pebble has been blasting skyward in an unprecedented crowdfunding trajectory.

The site started to bog down about 10:30AM EST today and finally gave it up. Kickstarter sysadmins went into all hands mode to address the issue and added capacity to help alleviate the issue.
Monitoring – We’ve added capacity and the site is much more reliable. There may be several minutes delay receiving emails and iOS push notifications related to projects you’ve backed.
