Crowdfunder UK is preparing to offer shares to the crowd once again. As revealed in a recent blog post, Crowdfunder will launch an equity crowdfunding round in the very near term.
According to Crowdfunder:

Crowdfunder continues to assert it expects to grow to over £100 million in successful funding for projects within the next three years.
Crowdfunder launched and equity offer for 10% of the platform last year. The offer raised approximately £500,000 on Crowdcube from over 340 investors. The newest funding round states that EIS tax relief may be available for investors.
