On Tuesday, equity crowdfunding platform Crowdcube introduced its new funded company profiles. This new feature pull data from a variety of sources to enable investors to easily browse #FundedClub portfolios.

Crowdcube Funded CompaniesCrowdcube’s product management director, Will Collins, stated the funding portal listened to the investors and businesses and decided to make the profiles more optimized. It was noted that investors are interested in having access to tools that enable them to monitor how their investments (companies that were funded) are performing.

“We believe that providing tools to entrepreneurs is key to enabling them to easily keep their investor base informed. We’ll continue to build on our existing toolset to enable richer communications to the crowd.”

Collins also revealed that Crowdcube is looking to be more transparent as ever. He noted that the the funding platform’s team is leading the charge to ensure investors are more informed about their investments. With the new #FundedClub portfolios they will be able to see which companies are highly successful/achieving a bit exit and which are not.

It was noted that in the future Crowdcube will be unveiling more features on the platform, including more company news.
